Solar Power Plants

At Abengoa Solar, we focus on the promotion, construction and operation of solar power plants (tower, trough, hybrid plants ISCC and photovoltaic) and customized installations (hot water and air production, heating and air conditioning).

Concerning CSP (concentrating solar power) technology, our company applies tower, trough and integrated Solar Combine Cycle for electricity generation while we offer trough technology for customized industrial installations.

Regarding photovoltaic technology, we build electricity plants with different configurations: fixed systems, one or two axis tracker installations and concentrated PV. Applying our own technology for singular projects, as roof, and building integrated systems, we use conventional and thin film technologies.

Customized Industrial and Commercial Solutions

In addition to electric generation plants, at Abengoa Solar we offer customized industrial and commercial solutions for any project size, both thermal and electrical.

CSP technology is well suited for applying heat coming from a solar field to industrial processes like:

Abengoa Solar also installs photovoltaic roofs and customized installations according to customers’ needs.

In addition to large-scale electric generation plants, Abengoa Solar also offers systems that can be customized for industrial and commercial applications.

Solar thermal technologies can be used in industrial and commercial applications to provide process heat and space cooling.

PV technologies can be used in industrial, commercial, and residential applications to provide electricity. Most often these systems are installed on roofs of clients' buildings.
